For any of the booths, drape and piping is optional, if desired, these are the prices:

Drape and piping for up to 10×10: $45

Drape and piping for the 10×20 is $75

Electricity fee is $35

Outdoor Booths: All 10X10 Spaces: $150 each. Must bring own tent, tables, chairs and trash cans. No stakes to secure tents, must bring sand bags or something heavy to bring stability to your tent.

Food Vendor Booths: 175 + 10% Of total sales *Electricity, if needed, will be extra only if you cannot supply your own. Please call us for more details.

Food Truck Fee 250 Flat. Must have proper city licenses, own electricity generators, cables, etc.

Food trucks with a strong presence in social media will be given a priority and an additional discount if willing to cross promote. Feel free to ask for details.

Electricity fee for Food Vendors is $85

*Outdoor Booths must bring own tent, cables, mats, tables and chairs. No stakes are allowed at the Bridge event center. Bring sand bags or get something heavy to secure the sides of your tent.

Set up:

 

Set up will begin on Friday July 13th at 8:00AM- 11:30AM

Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is at 12:00PM on Friday!

The opening hrs on Friday are 12:00PM to 9:30PM

Conferences will go on until 8:00PM each night

Concert at the end of the night at main hall will be from 8pm to 9:30PM

On Friday July 13th, we will have “The Radio Station The River” Broadcasting live from our location from 4:00Pm to 6:00PM
